WFV Solutions, a women’s support staffing company dedicated to empowering Women, is looking for work from home customer service, sales, and tech support agents to join our team. We are a fully remote company needing agents to provide service for Fortune 500 Clients on the Arise Virtual Network. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. We don’t require much! Just be ready to work!
Agents will answer, manage, and document customer contacts to initiate, verify, change or cancel orders, and other general inquiries regarding the Client’s product and services including, without limitation, the following contact channels: emails, chats and/or telephone calls.
Represent the Client’s brand and spirit by demonstrating empathy for the customer, empowering and partnering with the customer, and personalizing the experience.
Demonstrate a customer obsessed attitude and do whatever is needed to ensure total customer resolution.
Some continuing certification modules will be required. These modules typically range from 30 minutes -1 hour.
Must be, or identify as, a woman; we are a women’s support staffing company.
Must not live in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin; we currently do not offer positions in these states.
Ability to interact with customers utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills as well as deep customer empathy.
Must be able to multi-task.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service.
Understanding how to navigate and efficiently use tools.
A laptop/desktop PC with a separate 17″+ monitor is recommended.*
CPU Speed – Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better.
Memory – 4GB minimum.
Hard Drive – 50 GB or more of available space / 60 GB or more of total space.
Operating System – Windows 10 ~macOS accepted with some Clients.
Standard Connection and Speed – Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 3 mbps upload.
*If you need equipment to perform this job, we are more than happy to provide it to you with a payment plan agreement. Once the equipment is paid off, the equipment becomes your property; a proof of purchase will be provided.
*A PC test is required before you can service the Client. Connection to your internet with an Ethernet cable is required. Connecting to a WiFi extender with an Ethernet cable IS allowable. Cannot connect to a computer with an Ethernet Adapter.
What we need from you
A background check.
*The background check must be successfully completed within three business days. If this is not done, you will not be able to gain access to Client systems.
*The background check will include, but not be limited to, a check of disqualifying criminal convictions for at least the immediately preceding 10-year period.
Be of legal working age in your state (usually 18+).
A valid ID/Drivers License for verification purposes.
